  • Strategic IR Planning & Execution
  • Develop and execute the company's comprehensive annual Investor Relations plan.
  • Lead the overall communication strategy and expectations management for major corporate announcements, aligning IR strategy with corporate objectives.
  • Corporate Narrative & Strategic Communication
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's business to craft a compelling and credible corporate value story that clearly communicates the business model, strategy, and long-term growth value.
  • Formulate high-impact IR messages and produce quality materials, including annual/interim reports, major announcements, results presentation decks, investor-focused FAQs, and corporate newsletters.
  • High-Impact Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate and organize key corporate events such as investor conferences, international roadshows, and Annual General Meetings.
  • Maintain a comprehensive investor and analyst database and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries from the investment community.
  • Market Intelligence & Management Advisory
  • Perform detailed analysis of industry peers and capital market trends while monitoring equity research and consensus estimates.
  • Collect and synthesize investor feedback to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the executive management team.
  • Media Relations & Corporate Branding
  • Build and maintain a strong network with key financial and trade media.
  • Proactively pitch and coordinate positive corporate coverage to enhance brand awareness and reputation among investors and the broader public.
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Ensure all IR activities and disclosures adhere to the high standards of corporate governance and exchange listing rules.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in investor relations, including 3-5 years as Head of Investor Relations for Hong Kong listed companies, or relevant experience in equity research or investment banking. Deep understanding of capital market dynamics and HKEX listing rules is required.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret financial statements and market valuation models.
  • Highly skilled in logical reasoning and market data analysis, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to bridge internal financial performance with external market perception.
  • A self-starter who proactively identifies opportunities to enhance the company's market valuation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines through effective cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and PR teams.
  • Exceptional command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin) for effective communication with global investors.
