- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive significant revenue growth within the metallurgical and petrochemical sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing national sales team across diverse regions.
- Establish and nurture key client relationships at an executive level, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and guide product development initiatives.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting to meet and exceed company objectives.
- Extensive experience in chemical materials sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving significant sales growth.
- Demonstrated success in managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the metallurgical and petrochemical industries and their specific material needs.
- Exceptional strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (80% or more) across China to manage operations and client relationships.
