Assist line Mgr. to drive the claim process enhancement and improvement.Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities :Complete the compliance checking for G2N expense reimbursement applications within the standard lead time (including commercial terms and channel promotion expenses)Well communicate with the Finance Service Hub, following up on the system settlement process.Communicate and follow up on the reimbursement review result with business team.On time providing the reimbursement Monthly Tracking ReportContinuously optimized the claim process and checking points through daily accumulation, while developing solutions for new business needs.Provide reimbursement-related training to the business team periodically.Provide corresponding information and answers to questions according to audit needs.Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)Previous Fin. business partnering, or Sales Fin. role is preferredBachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or Business related.Excellent communication skills, ability to work well with people in different functionsBe good at Excel, PPT, and other office software.
