Qualifications: * Situated in Yiyuan 3-4 days a week. Fluent in oral English.
Masters Degree PhD preferred In Material Science preferably ceramic/inorganic fibre.
5-10 Years Experience Delivering New Products From Concept To Commercialization.
Effective Project Leader, Delivering Solutions On Tight Timescales.
Strong Communication Skills; In Both English And Chinese.
Ability To Influence, Working With The Organization To Meet Customer Targets.
Experienced Working With Stage Gate Processes, Working With Quality Systems To Ensure Effective Development of New Products.
Ability To Travel 20-40% National.
Experience In A Manufacturing Environment; Scaling New Processes, Installing And
Basic Knowledge of Patent Processes; Ability To Interpret Intellectual Property And, Working With Outside Council, Secure Patents With New Inventions.
Experienced In Ceramic/inorganic/glass fibre production would be a benefit.
