You will be given every resource you need to push the boundaries of what is possible, to do the best work of your life.DescriptionIn this role, you will work in a lab environment, be responsible for using your engineering and scientific knowledge, and top-end equipment to figure out the root cause of product failure and recommend corrective actions, as well as present the findings to global teams and executives: - Understand the failure background and design the investigation plan - Conduct the investigation, including but not limited to operating all kinds of advanced material characterization tools - Report your findings and discuss or debate with your colleagues on the next steps, conclusions, and corrective actions - Present the data in global meetings and/or executive reviewsMinimum Qualifications

Graduate degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related disciplines, and Ph.D. preferred.
Experienced in using chemistry analysis tools such as FTIR, GC-MS, ToF-SIMS, etc.
Fluent in English, highly effective communication skills, including the ability to seek direction, listen to feedback, as well as communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.

Preferred Qualifications

Adaptability to fast-paced environment and work scope change to meet business needs, strong aptitude for learning new techniques.
Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple high-priority tasks at the same time.
