- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative business, digital media business, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing.
- 2 years of experience in managing Chinese enterprise clients, agencies, or customers.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support local clients.
- Experience in business within the technology, advertising, media or internet environments.
- Knowledge of Google Ads.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Ability to grow and work in a changing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and thinking skills.
- Develop Chinese customer’s business by motivating product adoption and growth.
- Work towards goals while prioritizing and delivering quality customer experience to Google's agencies and advertisers.
- Implement ways to improve the agency and customer relationships and share performance enhancing suggestions.
- Carry business growth and productivity goals, and motivate in-quarter business growth and product adoptions.
- Provide advice and help the advertisers to get the best investment return on their advertising by working in a consultative role with Executive Account Strategist.
