- Manage and maintain infrastructure deployed on Alibaba Cloud and AWS, including the deployment, configuration, scaling, and upgrades of services such as Kubernetes (K8s), RDS, Redis, Kafka, MongoDB, etc.
- Design, configure, and optimize cloud network architectures (e.g., VPC, subnets, security groups) to ensure secure cross-region and cross-VPC communication.
- Configure and maintain VPN and remote access systems to guarantee encrypted, secure, and highly available data transmission.
- Provide infrastructure technical support to development, product, and other business teams, and promptly resolve operational issues in runtime environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., Bash, Python) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Design and implement automated operation platforms supporting self-healing, elastic scaling, log aggregation, monitoring and alerting, configuration management, and more.
- Utilize IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to automate resource management and ensure environment consistency.
- Design and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines to enhance release efficiency and system delivery quality.
- Build and optimize comprehensive observability systems covering logs, metrics, and distributed tracing (using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
- Stay updated on cloud-native technology trends (e.g., Serverless architecture, Service Mesh) and drive infrastructure modernization.
- Continuously monitor systems, conduct capacity planning, and perform performance tuning to ensure high availability, security, and scalability of production environments.
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure/operations with a solid understanding of computer fundamentals and system architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of mainstream cloud platforms and services (e.g., Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP) with hands-on deployment and operational experience.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architecture principles and experience supporting microservices systems, including service discovery, governance, and configuration management.
- Understanding of Serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Aliyun Function Compute) and their application and operational characteristics in specific scenarios.
- Proficiency in building observability systems and independently setting up and maintaining monitoring, logging, alerting, and tracing components.
- Expertise in Linux system administration and tuning, with strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar for automation.
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration and runtime platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker, including debugging and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with designing and maintaining CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, VPC, VPN, firewalls); CCNA certification or equivalent competency preferred.
- Experience deploying, operating, and monitoring common middleware such as MySQL, Redis, Kafka, and MongoDB.
- DevOps mindset with a focus on automation and standardization to continuously improve system delivery and stability.
