- Design and deliver a challenging and creative visual arts curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students.
- Facilitate engaging lessons in various mediums, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and digital arts.
- Assess student progress and performance through constructive feedback and grading.
- Prepare students for examinations in IB, IG, and A Level visual arts, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed.
- Organize galleries and exhibitions to showcase students' works and promote the importance of the arts within the school community.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate the arts into broader educational contexts.
- Bachelor's degree, especially prefer major in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in visual arts, specifically within IB, IG, or A Level frameworks.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of artistic abilities and teaching effectiveness.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage students.
- Experience with digital art tools and technologies is a plus.
