In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and manage labor relations with the management on behalf of the employees. Each day, you will serve as a liaison between workers and management, by facilitating positive labor-management communication channels. You will also showcase your expertise by planning and organizing labor union activities, meetings, and other projects.You will be mainly accountable for:

Maintain union management systems in compliance with labor regulations, oversee membership archives, and organize annual employee congresses.
Manage union treasury operations, including budget planning for welfare programs and annual benefits disbursement.
Conduct dining hall management research and improve employee meal services.
Coordinate with Union Group Leaders to execute welfare programs (e.g., annual galas, sports competitions, family days, club activities).
onitor workplace health/safety protocols, support medical clinic operations under union oversight, support some health/safety works.
Liaise with superior union authorities to interpret welfare policies and ensure corporate implementation.

Qualifications for the role

Passionate about worker advocacy with strong grassroots connection.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel for data analysis) and official document drafting.
Prior union/organizational experience with event coordination will be Preferred
