Job Description:- Responsibilities- Coordinate external system interfaces, develop and implement security policies to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of system data.- Coordinate development resources for system integration, manage integration progress, and ensure timely completion of integration tasks. For example, integrate with OA systems, financial systems, etc., to ensure effective data transfer and interoperability.- Manage data import and export operations after system operation to ensure data accuracy and integrity, supporting business operations and decision-making.- Implement system monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and stability, promptly responding to, and resolving system issues.- Write and maintain system documentation, operation manuals, and technical documents to provide necessary technical support and training for the team.- Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields preferred.- At least 5 years of experience in system administration or related fields, familiar with common server environments and cloud service environments.- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively coordinate and collaborate with different departments and teams.- Familiarity with common system management tools and technologies, such as Linux/Unix system administration, network configuration, database management, etc.- Strong problem diagnosis and resolution skills, able to quickly and effectively resolve system failures and technical issues.- In-depth understanding of information security and rigorous work attitude, able to develop and implement system security strategies.- Experience in project management and team management is preferred.- Additional Requirements- Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends, continuously learning and improving technical skills.- Good English reading and writing skills, able to read and understand English technical documents.About Us: Novotech has offices in 11 geographies across the region, and site partnerships with key medical institutions.Novotech provides clinical development services across all clinical trial phases and therapeutic areas including: feasibility assessments; ethics committee and regulatory submissions, data management, statistical analysis, medical monitoring, safety solutions, central lab services, report write-up to ICH requirements, project and vendor management.
