- Our client is a leading medical company that integrates research and marketing.
- Annual budget preparation and management: Formulate sales budgets based on market trends, expected market share, sub-sectors, product lines, sales scenarios (e.g., academic promotion, channel incentives, market access), etc. Manage budgets down to the regional level.
- Mid-to-long-term business planning and forecasting: Build business models for major therapeutic areas and products (such as sales volume, price, key product pipelines), simulate future revenue, cost, profit, and cash flow, and provide support for strategic decisions.
- Business performance monitoring and analysis: Build performance monitoring and analysis systems, conduct in-depth analysis of business fluctuations at different stages, and provide financial support for business teams in formulating regional differentiated strategies.
- Pricing and profitability model construction: Establish pricing models and profitability models; combine market strategies and simulate reasonable profit margins; evaluate pricing execution, analyze the impact of price adjustments on sales, revenue, and profits, and propose optimization strategies.
- Sales resource allocation: Based on region/product/market growth, analyze input-output efficiency of sales resource allocation, promote resource alignment toward high-potential areas, analyze marketing costs, identify optimization opportunities, and drive efficiency improvements in business teams.
- Financial compliance management: Ensure that marketing activities comply with relevant internal and external financial and business regulations and improve financial compliance processes and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or finance, with 5-8 years of work experience, including 2-3 years in a Big Four accounting firm or consulting firm. Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry finance/business analysis/BP-related positions preferred; purely Big Four experience is acceptable but requires willingness to move into manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry finance analysis.
- Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficiency in Office software, with strong Excel modeling skills.
- Strong learning ability, high self-motivation, and proactive work attitude.
