- Manage the order to cash process, for Complex component, Project, Field Service and Service Operations Orders from the order acceptance to invoicing (Order fulfillment, Ordering Equipment, Parts & Technical expertise, Monitoring cost, Warehousing, Order Shipping and Customer Invoicing).
- Customer support during the process: order status, delivery date. Purchase, control and preparation of supplier's shipping documents.
- Export & Import coordination: documentation, logistics, custom clearance.
- Handling of suppliers database.
- Backlog and WIP maintenance.
- Claims administration.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 2 years working experience.
- Good English both oral and written.
- Good PC literature in MS Office.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Able to handle conflicting demands and work under pressure.
