Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Engineering ManagerYour Role and ResponsibilitiesWork model: onsiteProvide technical support to the local ABB’s in worldwide through day-to-day coverage of internationally distributed cases.On-line support for ABB front-end engineers or service engineers to make trouble shooting when robots have problems at customer site ;Front-end engineers or service engineers provide detailed description and system data of robot failuresProduct support engineer makes analysis, experiments, and investigation of production before providing solutions or suggestionsFocus on paint robots and electrical domainConsolidate the information and offer related report to customer for RCA & SIClose collaboration with the rest of the backend organization in the worldClose collaboration with R&D and Production team, follow up new product projectQualifications for the RoleMinimum 5+ years’ experience as diagnostic technician or field support or product/Technical support workStrong analytical problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with electrical.
