We are seeking a Data Project Manager to drive data-centric initiatives and deliver impactful results for our organization.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage data-driven projects within the commercial real estate or related industries, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
Engage and align with senior stakeholders, navigating complex organizational structures and processes.
Utilize advanced data analysis skills to uncover business insights and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally to implement new data and process improvements that align with business objectives.
Communicate project updates and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial real estate, leasing, asset management, shopping mall operations, or membership-based businesses is a must.
Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with executive or senior leadership.
Familiarity with complex organizational structures and workflows.
Advanced data analysis capabilities.
English skills at a workable or above level.
