Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.Reimagine What’s PossiblePRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESWork closely with shift operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the plant including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, Routine field /equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant runs safely and efficiently. 班操作员和工程师密切合作，负责工厂的日常运作，包括工艺调整，管道输送系统，产品质量控制，日常现场/设备检验等。确保工厂安全高效运行。 Perform plant Startup /Emergency Shutdown / emergency response, Trouble-shooting etc. 行工厂启动/紧急关闭/紧急响应，故障排除等工作。 Assist maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance. 助维修工程师实施预防性维修。 Assist the production supervisor to manage the safety of contractor or visitors. 助生产主管管理承包商或访客的安全。 Holding safety meetings and performing safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP, safety action training and so on) and writing safety reports. 开安全会议，进行安全审核(包括APSAM, SIP, BSP,安全行动培训等)，撰写安全报告。 Acting as a safety Permit issuer to issue the Safety permits, manage field safety /maintenance safety /construction safety etc. 为安全许可证的签发者，签发安全许可证，管理现场安全/维修安全/施工安全等。 Keep good communication with customer for closely cooperation. 客户保持良好的沟通，密切合作。 Lead the new operator training /update the plant operating procedures etc. 新员工培训/更新工厂操作程序等。 Keep &Audit control room and other working area clean and easier accessibility. 区域的清洁和易于进入。 This position holder shall be able to complete the plant start-up or shut down independently. 职位持有者应能够独立完成工厂的启动或关闭。 Have certain maintaining ability, timely complete some of the preventive maintenance task, MI work, troubleshooting and relevant equipment inspection independently, and then cooperating with engineers to finish major maintenance or TAR. 维修能力，能独立及时完成一些预防性维修任务、MI工作、故障排除及相关设备检查，并配合工程师完成重大维修或TAR。 Lead the plant productivity actions, SWIM development and minor project commissioning activities. 工厂生产力行动，操作程序开发和小型项目调试活动。 Be responsible for document management, update and control.

Degree in Chemical engineering and other related majors.
化学工程及相关专业毕业。
Experience in ASU and similar plant production /good safety knowledge /English ability would be preferable.
有制氢及类似工厂生产经验/良好的安全知识/英语能力优先。
