- As a project Manager you will be responsible for managing the assigned projects to ensure the fulfillment of all project goals, in term of on-time, on-cost and on-quality deliveries.
- Identify and evaluate project risk and take mitigation effectively.
- Being responsible for the project execution from contract signed until final acceptance. Following up production schedule to ensure the timely and qualified delivery.
- Good communication and coordination skill with all of stakeholders, including customer and concerned functional department.
- Monitor and control project financial status, optimize cost control in project execution.
- Act as key contact for the customer, report the project status to the concerned stakeholders regularly. Supporting technical inquiry from Customer. Resolve project and site issue from Customer.
- Implement the project documentation control and maintain tracking record. Captures, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project. Ensures that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed.
- Building and maintaining ABB/Customer relationship. Ensuring Customer satisfaction
- Work with cutting-edge technology and top experts to engineer solutions that shape the future.
- Bachelor’s degree, major in electrical automation or relevant discipline.
- At least 3 years’ experience in electrical design, and At least 2 years’ experience in project management; ideally managing oversea projects. Familiar with switchgear structure, power system and application
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with MS office software and project management tools (e.g. MS Project, SAP, Power BI)
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.
- Good communication skill. Self-motivated and Willing to take on additional tasks. Good responsibility and leadership ability. Must be Customer-oriented. A very strong learning ability and pragmatic spirit. Has a positive progressive attitude under pressure to work. Strong ability to solve conflicts.
