Plant procurement manager

• As people manager to develop SSVF procurement team member, set target and valid the result.
• Work with OCP team and category team to secure SSVF plant productivity, delivery and quality.
• Interface with procurement groups and plant cross functions to provide timely support
• Work with procurement, supply chain and planning team in the management of the supply chain to achieve continuous timely supply of parts and services
• Work with marketing team to make sure can provide enough support for sales.
• Business review for plant routinely, make and follow up action plan to reach our target.
• Work closely with the team to ensure purchasing compliance to corporate directives

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of supply chain management/advance sourcing experience
• Strong brand labeling and GSC plant management knowledge
• Fluent English both in verbal reading and writing
• Be smart and have good presentation skills, very excel data process and analysis
• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
