- Maintain and continuously develop existing customers, and complete tasks related to key customer development, new customer or new market development/promotion of leadership product as required by the company. 维护并持续开发现有客户;按公司要求完成重点客户开发、新客户或新市场开发或领先产品推广等相关任务
- Coordinate with BD/GKA and relevant stakeholders to complete project development, tracking, and implementation, and improve the win rate. 配合业务发展/全球关键客户团队等相关方完成项目开发、跟踪及落地,提高赢单率
- Interface with marketing/solution management/revenue management and relevant team to drive high value solutions leveraging the company portfolio. 与市场部、产品解决方案管理/及收益管理等相关部门密切配合,推动高附加价解决方案扩大公司业务量
- Complete routine tasks, such as CRM and sales-related activities, as required or in accordance with the set indicators. 按要求或指标要求完成CRM等相关销售日常工作
- Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry, industry or electrical is preferer. 本科及以上学历,化学、工业、电气专业优先考虑
- At least 3 years of relevant business experience, with experience in key account management and development. 至少3年以上相关商务岗位经验,对大客户管理和开发有一定的经验
- Solid experience in managing large-scale project. 扎实的大型项目管理经验 Have experience in heavy-duty anti-corrosion/ industrial paint or related industries. 有重防腐/工业漆或相关行业经验
- CET 4, Good command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing大学英语四级及以上,良好的英语听说读写能力
- Fast learning and adaptation ability. 快速的学习及适应能力 Team player & anti-pressure ability 良好的团队合作及抗压能力
