
Senior Customer Accounts Specialist

- Take proactive steps to reconcile forecasts, backlog and shipments in order to meet customer demand and target Sales revenue.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Track/Communicate material production progress and priorities to relevant stakeholders to ensure supply targets, proactively try all possibilities to close supply gaps.
- Participate in account business reviews with both internal and external stakeholders, understand business and has contributions from Customer Account Specialist perspective during the review.
- Work independently but closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Pricing management, assist Sales on account annual price negotiation.
- Data analysis provider that empower for sales team with valuable insights to help sales growth revenue.
- Regular customer visit to build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, issues and quality related matters.
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skill
- Fluent in English
- Experience with supply chain will be preferred
- At least 5 years’ experience with IC industry will be preferred
- Familiar with Power BI will be preferred
