- Assists in the coordination and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, objectives, and deliverables, working under general limited supervision and applies awareness of entrepreneurial skills in daily work.
- Supports project managers in the preparation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation, facilitating smooth project execution.
- Aids in project reporting activities, gathering relevant data, analyzing project metrics, and preparing reports to communicate project status, progress, and key insights.
- Participates in project meetings, workshops, and forums, capturing meeting minutes, action items, and decisions to facilitate collaboration and alignment among project stakeholders and providing PMO updates.
- Collects and organizes project-related information, documents, and resources, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval for project team members and stakeholders.
- Ensures the accuracy and integrity of project data and records, performing regular audits, checks, and validations to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Provides administrative support to PMO director and team members, coordinating tasks such as communication, scheduling, document management, planning, assisting with expense reporting, and other logistical tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent.
- Language skills: Fluent in English (both writing and verbal) and Fluent in Mandarin
