Job Title PMO InternJob DescriptionPMO InternIn this role, you have the opportunity toThe Business PMO Intern is responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, objectives, and deliverables, working under general supervision. The role supports project managers in maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation, facilitating smooth project execution. The role contributes to project reporting activities by gathering relevant data, analyzing metrics, and preparing reports to communicate project status and key insights. The role works under general supervision, ensures adherence to PMO standards, policies, and best practices to maintain consistency and quality throughout project lifecycles.You are responsible for:
  • Assists in the coordination and execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, objectives, and deliverables, working under general limited supervision and applies awareness of entrepreneurial skills in daily work.
  • Supports project managers in the preparation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation, facilitating smooth project execution.
  • Aids in project reporting activities, gathering relevant data, analyzing project metrics, and preparing reports to communicate project status, progress, and key insights.
  • Participates in project meetings, workshops, and forums, capturing meeting minutes, action items, and decisions to facilitate collaboration and alignment among project stakeholders and providing PMO updates.
  • Collects and organizes project-related information, documents, and resources, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval for project team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensures the accuracy and integrity of project data and records, performing regular audits, checks, and validations to identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Provides administrative support to PMO director and team members, coordinating tasks such as communication, scheduling, document management, planning, assisting with expense reporting, and other logistical tasks as needed.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent.
Preferred Skills:
  • Language skills: Fluent in English (both writing and verbal) and Fluent in Mandarin
