C. 按漏斗式管理完成对渠道合作伙伴的管理。
D. 与渠道合作伙伴合作制定和执行当地的市场决策方案。与销售部门合作，完成全国市场的决策方案
E. 有能力发现潜在问题（包括销售业绩不佳）并及时采取行动纠正。
F. 可参与制定产品开发初期的经营观念和经营情况。
G. 履行相关制定的工作职责。基本要求：
A.大学本科应届毕业生，理工科背景优先
B.热爱电子测试及相关技术，有志于向销售和商业管理领域发展
C.积极主动、良好的自我管理能力、勇于开拓创新、学习能力强
D.具有良好的沟通与团队工作能力
