We are proud of our diversity and see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for driving the optimization of empty container flows within the South China region, in alignment with the global equipment flow strategy.Efficiently and accurately manage the supply and evacuation of equipment across various transportation modes.Ensure that stock levels meet the regional stock targets set by headquarters, with a particular focus on supporting export demand.Collaborate with suppliers and assess their performance to ensure high-quality service delivery to customers.Coordinate with the EMR (Equipment Maintenance and Repair) team and customer service team to ensure the timely reintegration of our assets into the fleet.Liaise with vessel and barge agencies to facilitate smooth equipment execution and meet customer needs.Actively engage with multiple stakeholders to enhance working relationships across organizational boundaries.Initiate and lead end-to-end cost-saving initiatives related to equipment, including but not limited to transport, operational, and storage costs.Take ownership of and drive projects related to equipment within the region.Who we are looking forA candidate who excels in changing environments, taking ownership and being willing to go above and beyond to become an expert within given parameters.An effective and skilled communicator with the ability to influence others, as well as the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with teammates.Driven by results, with a strong instinct to proactively complete tasks in a timely and effective manner.Maintains enthusiasm for industry and has a keen interest in learning and exploration.Analytical with a strong focus on optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation abilities in both English and Mandarin.
