- Create, update and communicate logistic solution quotes as requested by customers and China Sales, in accordance with STC policies.
- Initiate post-quote follow up with customers on new business opportunities.
- Respond to STC sales' inquiries on a timely basis, suggesting when possible, solutions generating improved service, cost or quality result for STC and its customers.
- Responsible for updating of quote in AS400 and CRM system on a continual basis for all customers.
- Contribute to the active improvement of STC's commercial activities through sharing of ideas, concepts or improvements to systems or methods.
- College / University degree preferred or suitable industry experience.
- General background knowledge of forwarding and shipping industry.
- Strong international experience and awareness of cultures.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Must be ethical, organized and able to prioritize and set goals.
- Common sense and problem solving skills required.
- Marketing experience a plus.
- Fluent English in writing and communication requires
