- Connects with sellers;
- Help seller complete on-boarding process;
- Help seller start to ship and grow their business;
- Provided answers for Frequently Asked Questions on service introduction, on-boarding process etc.A day in the life
- Connect with sellers via e-mail, Wechat & phone calls;
- Talk with sellers, provided answers for FAQ and guide seller go through on-boarding process;
- Talk with seller, to solve their pain points during working with GM.
- Wort out solution (from available GM product list ) to help seller reduce shipping cost, improving supply chain efficiency and win their trust.
- Summarize seller portrait and improve Blurbs for target seller pitching.Basic Qualifications- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance driversPreferred Qualifications- Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
- Experience in e-commerce
