- Organize and facilitate ideation and brainstorming sessions with senior leadership to showcase AI opportunities across Finance, Procurement, and Inventory Management
- Highlight innovative use cases and demonstrate how AI can drive transformation and business value
- Lead cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Engineers, ERP specialists, Finance SMEs) to develop execution plans for the AI transformation roadmap
- Ensure project goals align with business objectives and prioritize high-impact initiatives
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered automation solutions, ensuring compliance with IT, cybersecurity, audit, and governance standards
- Manage stakeholder engagement and drive change management to maximize adoption and impact
- 6–10+ years in product management, digital transformation, or AI product roles
- Strong experience delivering AI-driven automation solutions in enterprise finance
- Hands-on exposure to FinTech AI solutions is a plus
- Experience in structured, governance-heavy organizations preferred
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, workflow automation, and AI agents
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and financial data structures
- Knowledge of enterprise system integration and APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms
- Understanding of risk control, audit requirements, and data governance in finance
- Strong stakeholder management at senior leadership level
- Proven ability to conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions
