Drive initiatives and projects through sourcing production equipment and services
Pre-select suppliers for local and overseas demand
Evaluate and approve suppliers with compliance with Novozymes Responsible Purchasing and contracts
Challenge our stakeholders to focus on opportunities in emerging markets
Contract negotiations and validation

Stakeholder Involvement

Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders
Engage with internal stakeholders to secure timely involvement in all relevant Capex projects
Develop good relationships with external stakeholders, including strategic suppliers and relevant local authorities
Provide professional value adding competencies

To succeed you must hold:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferable in mechanics or electrics
Min. 3 years project or investment sourcing experience in international companies
Strong negotiation skills and strong ethics
Strong project management skills
Highly developed communication skills orally and written
Fluently in oral and written English
Self-driven and motivating
Excellent IT user skills (Microsoft office package)
