• Cooperate between design and production team for clear clarification and better alignment from design to manufacturing.

• Responsible for Adaptive damping shock absorber manufacture process design and on-site machine process and layout design
• 负责电控减振器产品的工艺流程设计及现场生产工艺路线和布局规划。
• Driving technology development and optimize Adaptive damping shock absorber assembly technology.
• 驱动技术的开发和优化以实现最佳的电控减振器装配技术。
• Support machine supplier to develop and achieve assembly machine of Adaptive damping shock absorber.
• 协助指导设备供应商对电控减振器装配设备的开发及制造。
• Production cost calculation for VAVE.
• 通过VAVE计算生产成本。
• Responsible for related machine/tooling production line investment.
• 负责相关产线设备及工装的投资。
• Technology spreading and training for target employees.
• 团队内部对其他员工进行技术传导及培训。

• Proficient in Adaptive damping shock absorber application and manufacturing engineering.
• 精通电控减振器的应用和制造工艺过程。
• 3 years or above experience of production process development, able to coordinate production process development, verification, and validation procedures, very familiar with process and production tools like PFMEA, PVP, Process flow chart, control plan etc.
• 三年及以上新产品生产制造的开发过程，有能力组织生产工艺的开发、研究和验证流程，熟练使用相关生产和质量系统设计工具，如过程失效模式分析、工艺验证计划、工艺流程文件、控制计划等。
• Had knowledge of production cost calculation, manufacturing concept, process flow and process verification.
• 具有生产成本计算、制造设备方案设计、工艺流程设计及工艺验证技能。
• Have passion, Initiative, willingness to change, team spirit and customer focus.
• 工作积极乐观，勇于挑战困难，具有强大团队合作精神以及对客户的关注度。
• Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering.
• 本科及以上机械相关专业毕业。
• 3 years or above working experience in related position.
• 相关岗位工作经验3年以上。
• Skilled 3D software and CAD using.
• 熟练使用三维设计软件及CAD制图。
• Can use English as working language.
• 能使用英语作为工作语言。
