Every day.Who you are:Support and inspire management by pro-actively driving organizational, leadership and competence development to stay competitive/attractive on the people side and to create customer value.About the job:Drive and execute local activities in line with the Business plan, the Global HR strategy and divisional focus to meet strategic and commercial objectives.· Plan and drive a people plan/HR focus areas for the supported unit aligned with the business strategy and HR Strategy.· Support and coordinate in the organization development of leaders and talents.· Drive Leadership development and team development activities to grow the capabilities and performance in the local organization.· Drive and advocate for a performance culture.· Coach, challenge and support local managers to optimize organizational effectiveness.· Ensure implementation of relevant HR processes, tools and analytics.·Coordinate internal manpower sharing according to business needs.· Responsible for site Blue collar recruitment locally.·Managing Blue collar recruiting procedure are completed in compliance with company policies and government regulations by instructing /advising/ searching & selecting CV/interviewing /offering/ onboarding follow up.·Owner of local recruitment process, responsible for relevant tools, format, process maintain and improve.·Maintain existing recruitment channel, do effectiveness analysis and create new recruitment methods or channels to attract candidates.What you know:Qualifications and experience:-Bachelor degree and above, major in Humana Resource or Laws is plus;-At least 3+ years working experience, good HRBP experience from multinational companies. Demonstrates relevant HR expertise.-Be familiar with HR professional knowledge and labor law, HR policies and regulations and skilled in internal & external communication.-Data driven, sensitive and passionate on data and able to generate insight from human resource data analysis-Good English, and skilled at MS office software.We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
