YOUR TASKSWorking Location: Ngau Tau KokReporting to Senior Manager, HR Performance and Programs, the job holder will support and assist the Senior Manager, HR Performance and Programs toResponsibilities:
prepare regular HR KPI reporting and perform data analysis to assist in business decisions
manage Employee Opinion Survey & HR related surveys which includes building of report structure, survey ordering, report generation, result communication and improvement actions identification
work in collaboration with HR Business Managers in promoting employee engagement, building understanding and communication from employees, ensuring an open, responsive and harmonious working environment
support the rollout of Global and Regional programs within the country such as Employee of the year, Employee Appreciation Week, DHL's Got Heart, Health & Wellbeing, content management and utilization of Smart Connect employee mobile app, Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging initiatives etc.
coordinate local employee engagement programs
enhance employer branding by coordinating employer awards applications
YOUR PROFILE
University degree in human resources management or business related disciplines
at least 4 years' HR experience in multinational companies
possess a passion of people with a proactive working attitude
be creative and with event management experience
detail-minded, analytical and possess a mindset of continuous improvement
possess a positive mindset and a can-do attitude
strong communications skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
proficient PC skills
