Job Description:General Summary:This position is to assist in PR & Talent strategy development, Press & talent outreach plan, and PR event initiatives. To establish strong press relations to keep No.1 Tiffany brand SOV among all competitors is one of the most important KPI.Key Accountabilities:
  • Assist in PR Strategy development, Budget planning, and KPI evaluation.
  • Assist in PR strategy development.
  • Assist in developing annual PR calendar and communication key messages to in line with the brand objectives.
  • Manage the given budget, assist in clear KPIs set up by campaigns and post-campaign ROI evaluation.
  • Manage media relations and enhance brand understanding and positioning.
  • Build good relationship with important media to maximize brand exposure and press value in higher standard, in both tier 1 and tier 2, for both print and online media.
  • Lead PR agency brief and set clear PR objectives and KPIs by key campaign initiatives.
  • Oversee Editorial Calendar, responsible for daily shooting request, press kit requests and distribution, translation approval and press pitching management.
  • PR gifting program development and management. e.g. birthday greeting, holiday greeting, etc.
  • Propose PR seeding strategy and media head list.
  • Assist in developing media brand education program/new product launch one-on-one presentation roll out plan in both tier 1 and tier 2 cities, to cover key print and online titles.
  • Work with event team to support brand communication needs.
  • Talent strategy and implementation
  • Assist in Talents (celebrities, artists, KOLs) strategy development.
  • Manage talents contracts for events & campaigns, as well as ongoing dressings.
  • Proactive to find more suitable talents from different fields to keep elevating the brand in China.
  • Third party management and development:
  • A clear and precise agency brief, well manage agency delivery, KPI setting
  • Manage, coach and train supporting agency staff
  • Agency budget and cost management
Job Requirements:
  • University graduate with 6-8 years of solid experience in PR in international luxury brand or FMCG company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and attention to details.
  • Work independently and proactively in reaching the goals.
  • Give innovative ideas and solutions, think outside of the box.
  • Hands on experience, able to connect & interact with various agencies & partners.
  • Able to meet deadline and work under pressure.
  • Coach and develop effective team committed achieving goals, gives timely feedback when necessary.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese.
