3. Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably managing a team of packaging professionals in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong technical knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance standards.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and drive results under tight deadlines.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

8. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and verbal, is required.
