- Responsible for assisting the executive Butler in guiding and keeping the housekeeping Department in line with the hotel's procedures, standards and policies.
- The Deputy Steward is responsible for the daily operation of the department and supervises the work of all housekeeping staff to ensure the smooth operation of Housekeeping Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.
- All guest room areas are inspected regularly to ensure that furniture, facilities and equipment are properly cleaned, repaired, maintained and replaced and refurbished as required.
- Evaluate the appearance, discipline and efficiency of all direct reports. If necessary, corrective action can be taken directly.
- Ensure that the training of the guest room staff is analyzed and the training program is planned and then monitored to meet the requirements.
- Communicate regularly with employees and maintain a good relationship.

- At least 5 years housekeeping management experience.
- Adequate working knowledge of housekeeping, public areas and related areas.
- Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Have the ability of organization and coordination, response ability, management ability, writing ability and information management ability.
- 至少5年以上的客房部管理经验。
- 具备充足的管家,公共区域和相关区域的工作知识。
- 良好的中英文口语和书面交流能力。
