- To participate in the client projects as key project member and ensure the delivery on time, budget and customer satisfaction, providing practical HR programs/solutions that contribute to organizational success and support business strategies of the identified clients. Able to lead small project (less than 50 million RMB).
- Under the guidance of the project manager, design the outline of the interview, conduct interviews, summarize the main points, conduct benchmarking survey, discuss the project ideas and solutions
- Familiar with methodology and tools provide necessary training to client such as job description and IPE training
- Draft and discuss client reports under the guidance from project manager. Works closely with client to understand client’s expectation and feedback for further improvement and final presentation.
- Provides guidance to project team analysts and ensures timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives.
- Support assessment center and draft evaluation report; developing clients, draft project proposal, and participate in the bidding meeting.
- Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in, Human resources, Applied psychology, HR or Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, Statistics discipline etc. A Master degree holder would be highly valued.
- Relevant Consulting experience of 2-3 years
- Basic knowledge with Compensation and Benefit, Job Evaluation and Performance Management
- Sufficient project delivery experiences
- Strong research and analysis skills, strong focus on attention to detail.
- Good organisation & time management skills with the capacity to work to tight deadlines.
- Highly proficient computer skills.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English context.
- Fluent English and Mandarin skills both in written and oral
- Ability to travel
