Be a key player in Strategic planning, contribute to China Leadership team as a business partner.
Work closely with leadership in the implementation of policies related to human resources, organizational and employee development at the business unit or region level
Execute global and local HR programs and processes (e.g., talent management, succession planning, talent development, development planning, compensation planning)Steady growth business|Reporting directly into Board Member and Global Head of Human ResourcesHave at least 10 years of HR leadership experience with a track record of deploying high level HR strategies to support growth business
Be Familiar with a fast-paced and matrix organization with proven abilities to be a coach and mentor.
Experience implementing HR policies across the organization and locations with the ability to review the policies and practices to ensure they comply with legal and regulatory framework and in alignment with practice.
Influence and facilitate the process and project of organizational change and development, improved organizational and individual performance.
Listens, understand the historical business model but also willing to think differently, ask provocative questions and develop business to one team, working together seamlessly
