Mechanical background, familiarity to elevator system architecture and layout, good skill on system calculation or system performance testing and analysis. Comprehensive elevator system knowhow. Quick learner and passionate to drive the programs through technical strengths.Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:

System lead engineer for modification product development, provide technical solution and conduct technical materials to drive program to meet quality and schedule target.
System requirements and configuration table management.
Conducting system calculation and system configuration alternative for development programs or sustaining products.
Conducting system performance test definition and validation.
Comprehensive system level quality issue investigation and solution making.
Technical review and support regarding new components integration for MOD product.

Experience/Qualifications:

6 years or above experience within elevator industry, 6 years elevator system development experience. With modification product development experience is preferred.
Good knowhow on system architecture, static and motion performance.
Good knowledge of system calculation. Understanding system calculation scope and principle, ability to update calculation formula to match specific system.
Familiarity about system performance testing
Familiar with product development process.
Familiar with system layout.
Team working, analytical and conceptual thinking, self-confident, persistent, customer-oriented communication skills across cultures. Quality, safety and cost minded.

Educational/Skills Requirements

Bachelor’s degree for mechanical engineering, noise and vibration engineering or automation engineering. Master’s degree is preferred.
Good at Microsoft offices.
Fluent spoken and written business English
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
