Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.As a Senior Legal Counsel for Electrification Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be accountable and responsible for supporting legal and integrity matters for ABB electrification business in China.Your responsibilities

Working strategically with the Business and other functions to provide full legal support to the end-to-end business
Coordinating legal entities corporate governance
Advising and supporting on the resolution of disputes or litigation
Analyzing legal issues and provide general legal advice
Supporting M&A projects
Delivering legal and integrity training
Dealing directly in coordinating and advising internal clients and liaising and negotiating with external parties

Your background

Master of Law from a reputable law school and admission to PRC Bar
Minimum 10 years’ post qualification experience (PQE) in a major law firm, or in-house or a combination of both
Strong organization skills and the ability to effectively own and manage multiple tasks and projects, including coordinating internal business partners and instructing outside counsel
Strong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience in an easy to understand and concise way
Able to provide flexible, pragmatic, solution-driven and commercially relevant advice
Able to maintain composure during highly stressful situations carrying significant business risk
Fluent in English with strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
