Leveraging on the developmental plans of Shanghai New Bund International Business District, the new Shangri-La hotel will be an ideal venue for meetings and events, plus offer the places for both a relaxed stay and inspirational experiences for locals and travelers alike.We are looking for Service Manager - Guest Relations Manager, we rely on you to:
- Take responsibility for all guests especially for oversea guests, Shangri-La Circle members and VIP guests
- Ensure all guests enjoy the best possible hotel experience
- Provide help and assistance to all guests
- Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel
- Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Loves interacting with guests and customers
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English and German or French due to service needs for oversea guests and Local guests.
- Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
- Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with Chinese hotel market, mainland China working experience is preferred.
