Drive business objectives: Develop and implement the SkinMedica sales plan of the responsible institutes, achieve business objectives through active business activities and strategies, and constantly strive to improve performance.2. Professional product knowledge transmission: In-depth understanding of the company's SkinMedica product line, including ingredients, efficacy and use methods, to convey the value, advantages and effects of the product to all ports of the institutes.3. Customer relationship maintenance: Establish and maintain good relationships with potential customers and existing customers, understand the needs and feedback of the institute, and provide customized solutions.4. Market research: Collect market information, understand competitors' products and business strategies, and provide support for making effective business plans.5. Business reporting and analysis: Regularly report sales, analyze data and propose improvement suggestions to optimize business processes and strategies.6. Communication and collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service and supply chain teams, to ensure sales targets are achieved.7. Follow the code of business conduct and carry out business activities legally and reasonably;8. Complete the tasks required by superiors.Qualifications1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, medicine or related;2. More than three years of sales experience in related fields;3. Good interpersonal communication skills and team spirit;4.
