- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans in both organic and inorganic approach to drive business growth, increase market share, and achieve long-term objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, set performance metrics, and allocate resources effectively.
- Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships, joint ventures, acquisitions, and market expansion initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and potential clients to explore collaboration opportunities and drive business development efforts.
- Lead the end-to-end deal process, including prospecting, negotiation, due diligence, and contract finalization.
- Executing for results
- Hands-on experience in planning and executing growth strategies and projects
- The breadth of experience to think through a variety of problems and situations, and the track record of delivering tangible results from executing strategies
- Building Relationships and Making Influence
- Experience in a well-regarded multi-national corporation that indicates their ability to influence effectively and navigate a matrix structure
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- A combination of 5-8+ years’ B2B experience in reputable strategic consulting firms and in-house in a strategy, business development, or marketing leadership role. Experience in developing regional strategies and business cases in a systematic approach
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, financial metrics, and competitive intelligence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
- Deep understanding of the market trends, competitive landscape, business ecosystem and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence tools.
