  • Good oral and written English. Can use English as working language.
  • Deep knowledge of project management, PMI certified PMP is preferred. Have at least 4 years of on hand IT software project/program management experience. Experience of multi supplier project management
  • At least 3 years of software engineering management experience, familiar with modern software engineering methodology and SDLC process management.
  • Very strong communication skill. Can use “business language” as well as “technology language” to communicate with out barrier among different stakeholders.
  • Have ITSM system operation and service management knowledge and experience is preferred.
  • Sales & Distribution，Retail， Supplier/Demand Chain experience is highly desirable.
Description DescriptionParticipate in the full life cycle management of organization related corporate IT application assets to ensure the application systems can provide secure, stable and high-quality service to support business needs. Fully understand the Business Architecture and Application Architecture of the responsible organization. Deep knowledge of the systems in charge of, including application logic, boundary and relationship to other systems. Act as a project/program manager in the application development and operation process. Key person to coordinate businesspeople, solution architects and developers and system integration partners (Suppliers). Manager of the change implementation phase of Enterprise Architecture Development. 1. Manage IT Project & program start from seeking approval to successful execution. 2. Manage application development, operation and related change management. Continuously improve quality of service including both service level and business results through active iteration during the application life cycle. 3. Mange the application solutions vendors and/or suppliers, including choosing vendor, contract management, service quality management, GR and payment management etc. 4. Work closely with business stakeholders, record and manage requirement and discover opportunity of digital innovation.Education & Experience Education & ExperienceBachelor degree and major in Science or Engineering, software related. Equivalent experience above computer science or related field.
