要有所有提供的服务的知识l 1-3 years previous experience in Spa
1-3年的水疗中心经验l Ability to pleasantly communicate with proper grammar in Englishl 能够正确、愉快的英文交流l Ability to provide legible communication
能够清楚和客人交流l Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision
能够听从指示,只需要最小限度的监督管理l State and local certification and licensing requirements.

保证真诚的关心所有的客人和让他们感到舒适l Provide a professional, friendly demeanor to all guests and hotel employees.
向酒店的员工 展示专业和友好的举止l Able to build good relationships with guest, ask for visit expectations
和客人建立友善关系,询问客人期望、要求及建议,l Assist and guide guests around relaxation area and spa and fitness facilities
向客人解释和帮助他们使用水疗设施、更衣室、游泳池、和健身中心l Assist and guide guests to the necessary stations prior to any services
scheduled.
帮助或指引客人到他们要去的地方或安排好的一些项目l Serve and assist guests with beverages and refreshments.
为客人提供饮料和点心l Responsible for achieving all inspections such as 5-star rating, BSA, Forbes through being professional, courteous, and respectful to all guests and staff alike.
用专业的、礼貌的、尊重他人的行为对待所以客人和同事,有责任通过所有检查:五星评定、BSA、福布斯l Handle guest complaints by ensuring guest satisfaction and problem resolution.
保证处理客人投诉,解决问题并使客人满意l Enforce spa policies to provide a fair and safe environment to guests
执行水疗政策规定,为客人提供一个公平、安全的环境。l Monitor the presentation and cleanliness of the spa continuously
监督水疗中心环境,确保水疗中心干净、整洁l Monitor the quality and quantity of any display items.
监督水疗中心陈列物品的质量及数量l Maintain guidelines of budget, actively upsell.
负责财务预算, 积极销售l Able to schedule reservation in an attempt to maximize daily utilization and revenues.
能够最大限度安排预定增加收入l Maintain complete knowledge and comply with the hotel and departmental policies and procedures
保持与酒店及部门政策与程序相关知识的一致性l Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
与其它部门紧密合作l Team and department mandatory meetings must be recognized.
举办团队会议l Always allow sufficient advance notice (2 hours or more) prior to change requests for scheduled working shifts.
员工要求更换班次时,应至少提前两小时通知l The facilities opening and closing procedures must be performed according to the schedule and standard operating procedures.
必须根据时间表和标准程序来开关设备设施l Monitor and maintain the quality and quantity of locker, amenities, linens, beverages and all accessories.
始终留意和保持毛巾、更衣柜钥匙、洗发水、沐浴露和小件物品等的数量和质量l Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of storeroom.
始终留意和保持储备间、毛巾区的干净和整洁l Stock a record the linen and other guest supplies on a daily basis.
准备好每天客人需要的毛巾和其它用品,并做好相应的记录Secondary Job Functions次要工作职责:1. Team and departmental mandatory meetings must be recognized.
必须参加团队和部门的会议2. Hourly shift clock in/out procedures must be practiced and adhere to strict overtime set by spa management.
按时上下班的制度,根据水疗的管理情况执行加班制度3. Perform other duties assigned by the Spa Manager/Assistant Spa Manager.
履行水疗主管、部门安排的其他工作职责4. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guest information.能够保护客人的信息和酒店的相关信息5. Support other area when need.需要时支持其他区域工作
