- Ensure that the team members can finish daily operation as required by SLAs and process, meanwhile HC planning and recruitment are also involved to decision.
- Setup and review GPD goals & performance, monitor team performance to provide value added service to business-High Quality, Low Cost, Good delivery with UX.
- Actively promote process improvements and CIP in the department or across departments.
- Manage team competency to make sure that team members' capabilities are enhanced to meet the business development, actively build up learning organization.
- Deal with emergencies and user complaints, and can improve & learn from experiences and mistakes.
- Make sure process/WI are up to date and performs during operations with effective control in order to pass the audit effectively.
- Keep effective management for on-site members and network central and onsite team.
- Improve stakeholder relationships(HRL/HP BP/Vendor) and collaborate with stakeholders for process CIP including well vendor management if had.
- Lead team to involve into digital transformation and actively learn new process and system to keep team successful transformation.
- Fluently English language skill both written and spoken;
- Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years working experience;
- Has a strong ability to driving as well as coordination skills, meanwhile be pressure resistance is a must
- Good management team skills including remote management skill, can actively use coaching and feedback in the team
- Good communication skill and collaboration skill to respond with the various situations
- Knowledge expert for HR related laws, policy and process, as well as experience in the area of PM,PO,lean,CIP etc.
- Great ability to observe characteristics of team members for well arrangements to retain key talents
- Awareness of cost and UX
