- Work safely on Elekta’s products including medical devices producing high-energy ionizing radiation and high tension. 在设备的高能电离辐射或高电压状态下,能够安全地工作于医科达的产品。
- Read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. 根据产品的图纸、图表和接线图上的信号流,能够完成阅读并充分的分析和解释。
- Stay current on new technical knowledge of appointed products. 对公司指定产品时时关注并掌握其相关的新技术。
- Submit timely and accurately; Case/work order in CLM, service reports, expense reports, other paper work as assigned. 及时并准确提交各类技术报告,如CLM系统中的工作处理记录、服务报告、费用报表,其他指定的文案的处理。
- Remote or on-site support FSE/Partner/Customer for the technical inquiries . 为其他服务工程师、合作伙伴及客户提供远程或现场技术支持。
- Leading the appointed technical topics on fault finding and experience sharing, including technical training for the inner and outer customer负责指定技术专题的故障排查和经验分享,包括对内\外部客户的技术培训
- Editing maintenance articles in CLM according to the daily support work of Service support 在CLM中将日常服务支持案例归纳总结成文章
- Handling inner or outer technical complaints. Providing product feedback to home office. Aiming at customer satisfaction and explore opportunity as pre-sales. 处理内部或外部的技术投诉,将客户对于产品的意见反馈给公司,并关注于提升客户的满意度从而为销售开拓机会。
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. 完成被安排的其他相关工作。
