  • Able to complete all Technician Responsibilities with accuracy.对所有技术职责的要求能够准确满足。
  • Work safely on Elekta’s products including medical devices producing high-energy ionizing radiation and high tension. 在设备的高能电离辐射或高电压状态下,能够安全地工作于医科达的产品。
  • Read, analyze, interpret and follow signal flow on blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. 根据产品的图纸、图表和接线图上的信号流,能够完成阅读并充分的分析和解释。
  • Stay current on new technical knowledge of appointed products. 对公司指定产品时时关注并掌握其相关的新技术。
  • Submit timely and accurately; Case/work order in CLM, service reports, expense reports, other paper work as assigned. 及时并准确提交各类技术报告,如CLM系统中的工作处理记录、服务报告、费用报表,其他指定的文案的处理。
  • Remote or on-site support FSE/Partner/Customer for the technical inquiries . 为其他服务工程师、合作伙伴及客户提供远程或现场技术支持。
  • Leading the appointed technical topics on fault finding and experience sharing, including technical training for the inner and outer customer负责指定技术专题的故障排查和经验分享,包括对内\外部客户的技术培训
  • Editing maintenance articles in CLM according to the daily support work of Service support 在CLM中将日常服务支持案例归纳总结成文章
  • Handling inner or outer technical complaints. Providing product feedback to home office. Aiming at customer satisfaction and explore opportunity as pre-sales. 处理内部或外部的技术投诉,将客户对于产品的意见反馈给公司,并关注于提升客户的满意度从而为销售开拓机会。
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. 完成被安排的其他相关工作。
Incorporates Elekta Values into all department functions and responsibilities. Adhere to all Elekta directives, policies and procedures将医科达的价值观融入整个部门和工作职责, 坚持并严格贯彻所有医科达方针、 政策及流程。At least 10 years of experience in customer services field. 至少10年从事客户服务领域工作经验。 At least 5 years working experience in multinational company. 至少5年跨国公司工作经验。 Excellent analytical, problem-solving and technical skills to be effective. 出色的分析、解决问题能力及娴熟的专业技术。 Major in Electronic engineering, Industrial Automation, nuclear physics, Biomedical Engineering is preferred毕业于电子工程、工业自动化、核物理、生物医学工程等相关专业的优先。 Motivating, energetic and passionate. 善于激励,充满活力与激情。 Highly collaborating with others & strong team spirit. 高度的团队合作精神。 Strong communication skills. 出色的沟通能力。
