Sr. Industrial Engineer

• Process Optimization: as Senior IE engineer are responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency. They need to study and analyze the process, optimize the process from the source, improve productivity, and make the enterprise get better competitiveness.
• Medium and long-term capacity planning and control: as Senior IE engineer need to be responsible for capacity planning to ensure that the production line meet the company's requirements. They need to make reasonable arrangements according to production demand and orders to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: as Senior IE engineer are responsible for tracking and analyzing production data, summarizing some key indicators from it, and carrying out improvement activities to address the problems. They need to develop data reports that meet the company's requirements, from which they can identify problems and propose solutions.
• Process Improvement: as Senior IE Engineer is required to gain an in-depth understanding of the factory's production process, look for points where improvements can be made, provide innovative solutions and evaluate them on a regular basis to meet the company's needs.
• Cost control: as Senior IE engineer need to monitor production costs and propose methods and programs to reduce costs as well as improve productivity in order to help the company achieve maximum efficiency.
• Project Management: as Senior IE Engineer oversees and manages the project to ensure that the project is on schedule, on budget, and ultimately delivers the desired results.
• Training team: Senior IE engineer need to train the team to transfer knowledge and technical guidance to improve the team's technical level and business ability.
• Support production & Quality control: optimize the production process to reduce the quality defect and high RPN in PFMEA;
• Smart factory & Digital solution development: deploy advanced manufacturing technology and digital solution (Robot, AI, AGV, Automation…)

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical-electronics or mechanics or industrial engineering.
• 8-10 years experience in method, strength in IE tools and data analysis
• Good practical knowledge of modern production concepts (Lean, Kaizen, 5S)
• Profound IT user skills, Basic knowledge of SAP and ideally familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
• Fluent English skills
• Motivated and dynamic team player with the ability to self-assigned tasks and projects forward
