- Responsible for the financial and management account reporting function of the Group
- Responsible for month-end reporting, including monthly consolidation, budget & forecast and costing analysis
- Implement cost control policies & procedures, ensure the internal control systems comply with Group policies
- Analyze and review income / cost relative to targets, interpret the deviation and provide suggestions for improvement
- Take charge of interim and annual audit
- Monitor the tax filing and daily tax issues
- Develop ERP Financial Accounting and Controlling System with the project team
- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects
- Degree holder in Accounting or Finance with professional accounting qualification
- Stationed in factory in Dongguan PRC
- At least 10 years relevant experience gained from sizeable manufacturing operation in Mailand CN and overseas, of which 5 years at managerial level
- Well acquainted with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standards, taxation regulations and US reporting requirements
- Have strong commercial sense and analytical skills, with high integrity and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in ERP system (Macola / SAP/Oracle) & Financial management system (HFM, OneStream)
- Ability to lead, inspire and develop a team of finance professionals
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Big 4 experience is definitely an advantage whilst pure audit experience will not be considered
