The Luxury Footwear Merchandising Manager will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies to drive sales, maximize profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as a passion for luxury fashion and a eye for trends.Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive merchandising strategy for luxury footwear, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and target customer segments. This includes assortment planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.Product Selection and Assortment Planning: Work closely with the buying team to curate a compelling and commercially viable footwear assortment, considering fashion trends, customer preferences, and brand positioning. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and ensure a competitive offering.Inventory Management: Collaborate with the planning and allocation teams to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet sales targets while minimizing markdowns and stockouts. Monitor sales performance, analyze sell-through data, and make data-driven decisions on replenishment, markdowns, and stock transfers.Pricing and Margin Management: Set pricing strategies for luxury footwear products, considering market conditions, competition, and profitability goals. Monitor and analyze pricing and margin performance, making necessary adjustments to maximize profitability.Visual Merchandising: Work closely with the visual merchandising team to develop visually appealing and impactful in-store and online displays for luxury footwear products. Ensure that the product presentation is consistent with the brand image and resonates with the target customers.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying, planning, marketing, and store operations, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to merchandising. Provide guidance and support to these teams to align their activities with the merchandising strategy.Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury footwear vendors and negotiate favorable terms and conditions. Continuously assess vendor performance and seek opportunities for collaboration and innovation.Responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies|This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skillsBachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience in luxury footwear merchandising, preferably within the fashion industry.Strong knowledge of luxury fashion trends, footwear market , and customer preferences.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed merchandising decisions.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.Leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing teams.Passion for luxury fashion, with a eye for detail and aesthetics.Proactive, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, environment.Retail brands with all categories in FootwearRetail brands both online and offlineRetail business with growing market here, P and L owner of the product line in Mainland
